The location is not feasible for the need. The location is not easy to get to.We suggest moving it to the other side of the highway.Where there's more space and ease of access off the highway. The danger and congestion in this section of erhlich is already too much.

I oppose this project because it will increase traffic congestion, create additional safety concerns at an already busy intersection, and negatively impact the quality of life for nearby residents through increased noise, lighting, and late-night activity. There are already three full-service gas stations within approximately three miles in each direction, so another gas station does not appear to meet an unmet community need. Our community would be better served by a development that adds value

There are numerous reasons for objecting to a 711 on the corner of Ehrlich and Bellamy, the most important of which to me is the likely increase in vehicle crashes and the potential for pedestrian and scooter accidents. There is hardly a three-month period that passes without car parts scattered throughout the intersection from a crash. Adding traffic entering and exiting a service station/convenience store will make things worse. We already have these businesses close by traveling east or west.

This is a dangerous addition to our residential area, for a gas station that is not needed. We have 5 gas stations under 5 mins away and the traffic flow to our neighborhood is dangerous as it is to cross a busy intersection.

Let's try to pass the 700 petitions we originally signed, to show that our resolve is greater than ever to keeping our neighborhoods from becoming d, degraded & depreciated. It is already a busy intersection and this service station would make it worse and unsafe. Plus isnt there some law that states liquor not to be sold close to a school? There is a school in the nearby church

We already have major shopping and gas stations within 1.3 miles in both directions on Ehrlich Rd. The curve on Ehrlich and the speed of traffic already makes the Bellamy intersection dangerous. Our quiet residential community that we all have faithfully maintained will be negatively impacted by the addition of this gas and liquor station.

Bellamy is the only road out for 100s of homes. Nikki continues but is gated. The 7-11 at Casey causes all sorts of traffic problems and this would be at least as bad. It just doesn’t belong on a residential road.

A 7-Eleven would create unacceptable safety hazards for pedestrians & unsafe traffic congestion at Bellamy Road, the main in-out access for some 2,500 homes.
It also could pose environmental hazards to an adjacent wetland & two ponds across Bellamy & Ehrlich Roads.
There already are several gas stations not much more than a mile in either direction on Ehrlich Road. A 24-7 gas station is incompatible to these quiet neighborhoods. The county rejected a similar proposal several years ago.
