This will add more traffic and increase accidents at the only existing exit out of many neighborhoods. Plus, we don't need another gas station. There are plenty of them in either direction down Ehrilch.

I am completely against ANY business being built there. This is the ONLY entrance to OUR community. This will increase crime. This will increase traffic. We have 7 subdivisions and ONE way out. A 7-11 will clog that intersection unnecessarily. We bought here in part because there was no business anywhere close to our community entrance. We do not need another 7-11 or another gas station at all, and we sure don't need it at the Bellamy/Ehrlich intersection.

We agree this is not an appropriate place for a commercial venture like that. Especially not right next to a church. But we also agree it will disrupt the rural feel of our neighborhood.

This store is not need in this residential community. Traffic in Bellamy is already over congested. I live on Fulmar Dr which is already used as a cut through to Bellamy. My grandchildren play in the street & traffic does not care nor do they obey the speed limit

This would be have an incredibly negative impact on this neighborhood. The traffic alone would be a nightmare. I pass through this intersection daily.

Bellamy road is the only exit for 7 subdivisions. In and out traffic with a7/11 would cause safety issues and back up Bellamy Road. A 7/11 in this location is also too close to the entrance of the Veteran’s Expressway.

I am a 29 year resident living in Sugarwood Grove, the closest neighborhood to the 7-11. I oppose this development for many reasons. Traffic, crime, increased activity in my neighborhood, noise, light and gas pollution, increasing flood risk and the character of this community. This neighborhood does not need another place to get gas/convenience store.

Why would zoning allow for a church property (Hillsdale Baptist) to be directly next to a property that sells alcohol? Isn't there supposed to be a 500 ft separation?

Dangerous corner right into a residential area where little kids walk and bike around. The extra car traffic will make a massive impact for residents.

This is a terrible idea of putting a gas station on that corner that already has issues of turning & population. We do not need this at this location.

Will cause a huge traffic issue, potentially unsafe for the neighborhood. This is a neighborhood not to be commercial friendly. There is plenty of commercial land they can build on. The only reason 7-11 wants this location is because Circles K built a huge stir up the street (BTW on commercial property not a neighborhood). Don’t allow this to happen. Protect our property values and safety.

I oppose to this development. Bellamy Rd is already a busy street for our development as it is the only way in and out of our community. A commercial business at this location would be extremely damaging to our neighborhood. It would severely obstruct the flow of traffic on Bellamy Road. School buses that pick up and drop off school children in our neighborhood would be delayed amongst a delay for all residents commuting to work and or running errands, just daily life would be obstructed.

Additional traffic on a very private road.
