Bellamy is an extremely busy road that gets backed up. Ehrlich is the ONLY main street that all the neighborhood can take to get in and out. We have no other road we can take. If a 7-11 is at Bellamy and Ehrlich it will
Cause way too much traffic. The value of our homes will depreciate

With the way cars drive on the curb in this intersection it will become extremely more dangerous than it already is. I have seen horrible accidents on this corner and this will only increase this. Also, I think there are enough gas stations and car washes on Ehrlich. Can we please leave the trees alone already!

I've lived in or visited this neighborhood since the 1980s, and it has always been a place that feels like home. Over the years, I've watched our community grow while still maintaining the character that makes it such a wonderful place to live. I don't believe another gas station belongs here, especially when there are already so many nearby. I'm concerned about the increased traffic, noise, lighting, and the impact it will have on the families who call this neighborhood home.

I’m signing this because this is not a good idea. There is one road/two lanes, it will not be able to sustain the amount of traffic this will create.
This is a terrible idea and very inconsiderate. You are destroying a neighborhood that is peaceful, easily accessible to our homes. This is creating bottlenecks, delay and major issues

Don't need fossil fuel spillage on our street that can run into a nearby waterway

It creates more traffic in the entrance of houses, it will hurt the home values, and other convenience stores are located up the road so why create more traffic issues.

Proposal would snarl intersection, destroy diverse ecology with pavement. Redundant. 3 gas stations within 2.5 miles both directions

I am an original owner of 36 years in Cumberland Manors. Bellamy road has been the only way in & out for the 7 subdivisions off Bellamy. A 24/7 gas station will make our totally residential area unsafe, promote vagrants, crime, and lower the value of our homes. This is a very congested intersection. Also, there are 6 schools within 5 miles with buses transporting children into the 7 subdivisions. Please keep our residential area safe!!!

Do not need the added traffic and congestion so close to the Veterans Expressway.

Wrong type of usage for this neighborhood. The amount of additional traffic for Bellamy road and surrounding neighborhoods will make it a nightmare. Also this intersection is already hazardous.

Tom and Stacey Martin are 100% against 7-11 or any other convenience store/gas station at the corner of Bellamy and ehrlich rd in tampa. We live at 15114 heathridge drive in Cumberland manors and this is disgraceful for our home values, traffic patterns, families and property values.

The proposed gas station would generate substantial daily traffic, including fuel delivery trucks, at an already busy intersection.
The application still requests a driveway-spacing exception, and Bellamy Road's existing design continues to raise concerns about safe access for residents, pedestrians, cyclists, school traffic, and emergency responders.
The proposed roadway changes do not eliminate the long-term traffic and safety impacts of this high-intensity commercial use.

It will make that intersection unsafe and decrease our property values.
