Attend church next door and substitute teach at the school there. Do not need liquor or the type of crime associated with convenient stores near children.

We do not need this. It puts our kids in danger and will creat traffic issues.

This is a busy residential area and corner. Our residents deserve to be safe in our neighborhoods off of Bellamy. There is also a church next door so we do not need another gas station on this site. The traffic would be ridiculous as we have had several accidents on this corner with Ehrlich and Bellamy and another gas station would be ridiculous for traffic and safety. Please do not approve this.

We don’t need another gas station that is closing down other locations to cause more traffic, flooding, environmental impacts etc!

The intersection off Bellamy and Ehrlich is a busy one. I have personally witnessed accidents with people trying to turn left or do a u-turn. A gas station would add way too much additional traffic. The business is not necessary. There are several gas stations and convenience stores nearby. A new station would also add noise and change the atmosphere of the neighborhood on Bellamy and the adjacent streets.

gas station and convenience store at this location due to the serious public safety and traffic concerns This single access intersection already experiences heavy traffic and has a history of accidents. attract loitering and other unwanted activity, negatively affecting the safety, security, and quality of life of the surrounding residential community.

There is already too much traffic at that area of Ehrlich road. It will be a traffic nightmare to get on and off the expressway also!

Increase in traffic, dangerous. No need for another gas station. Will not have a good impact on our neighborhood.

I oppose the proposed development at the corner of Bellamy and Ehrlich Roads. It is incompatible with the residential communities of the Bellamy Road area. There are already several gas stations and convenience stores within a 3-4 mile radius of this site so the proposed development is superfluous to the needs of the immediate community. As a homeowner, resident and taxpayer of the area, I respectfully request that the proposed be denied.

We do NOT need another gas station on this side of town. Especially at a light where traffic is already an issue, not to mention the impact to wildlife surrounding that area.

Enough is enough. Corporate sprawl and greed are destroying communities. Too much growth in this area has destroyed quality of life. Increasing more traffic into this residential area is a safety issue. Adding a gas station/convenience store will lead to more congestion in an area that does not need more. Stop this property from being added to the problems. No development!!!!

Don’t need or want a late hour or all night business at the only entrance to my neighborhood.
