Traffic on Ehrlich road is already a nightmare during morning and evening rush hour. Ingress/ egress from Bellamy road should not even be a consideration.

We don’t want this gas station and 7-11 in our area. The roads going into our neighborhood do not allow for all this congestion. Not to mention it will pull down our property values in our neighborhood and our homes sit on a conservation lots for turtles.

STOP this development. Too much traffic for this neighborhood. Do not disturb wetlands, and cut down much needed trees for our environment.

Do not want this in my neighborhood, too many detrimental impacts to our community!

I don’t want a 4th gas station at the entrance road to my neighborhood community. Traffic will be terrible and there is no reason for it.

I agree with the points made in this petition. The intersection is already busy and not the safest, adding a commercial business there such as a gas station will only increase those issues exponentially.

This is a direct impact to the community Turtle Creek community, which I live in. This development raises serious traffic, access and safety concerns. This development isn't compatible with area/community it is being proposed in.

A gas station is not compatible with the surrounding residential area and would add unnecessary traffic, safety concerns, lighting, and commercial activity to an already constrained intersection. I urge Hillsborough County to protect the character and quality of life of the neighborhoods along Bellamy Road.

We already have commercial building happening nearby on Erlich. This unneeded gas station/store (we already have those within a mile each way) will just make traffic worse and cause other issues such as potential crime increase.

If we start placing businesses in residential areas what is to stop them from expanding more. It's deforesting land even more, and will make traveling in and out of MY neighborhood extremely difficult with its construction. There is already enough gas stations on that road alone nearby. There doesn't need to be another one in the middle of neighborhoods.

We have enough Gas Stations nearby. We don’t need the extra traffic and the impact on nature.

I’ve lived on Bellamy and Erlich for 20+ years and has always been a quiet and safe neighborhood for the most part. We’ve never needed a gas station then why would we now? There’s plenty of gas stations in very close proximity. The people lining on that land have been there longer than I’ve been born. Let’s not mention all the trees they will have to cut down and animals that will lose their homes. We don’t need ANOTHER gas station.

That specific intersection is not ideal for a convenient store. For starters, the intersection cannot handle that kind of traffic, second, it is not wide enough, and the speeding is of the chart, with a store, it will be even worst.
