As a homeowner in the residential neighborhood off Bellamy, I strongly oppose this development that is not compatible with the residential use of the neighborhood. There is already a large 24-hour Circle K gas station and convenience store located at 5368 Ehrlich Road 1.6 miles away. There are also another gas stations within one block of Circle K, a Shell station and convenience store one mile away in the other direction at 7615 Gunn Hwy. Having 3 Circle K stations on Ehrlich is unnecessary.

Building a gas station next to an academy and church could create unnecessary safety concerns for students, families, and visitors. Increased traffic entering and exiting the property may raise the risk of accidents during school drop-off, pick-up, and church events. Fuel stations also store flammable materials and can introduce more noise, fumes, and distractions into an environment intended for learning and worship.

There's already too much traffic coming out of Bellamy Rd. which has had increased accidents over the years with the added development. Also, there are children that ride their bikes to school at Citrus Park, and Sgt. Paul Smith that would have to pass through that gas station making it increasing dangerous for them. There's plenty of gas stations in the area. We don't need another one!

I lived here for years and honestly this area does not need another convenience store. Its overcrowded as it is with multiple schools, already existing gas/convenient stores and let alone all the accidents that continues to happen as if the speed limit doesn't exist. (Thank God for the wall or cars would be in my backyard with all the accidents) oh and don't forget the veterans hwy, big Baptist church and condo/apartments. This will not be a convenience for us who lives here.

I am a teacher at HCA and we want our children to be safe. Having a 7-11 right there, bigs more traffic to an already busy road and also makes it to where our kids will have to deal with gas fumes at recess and people walking through our property which isnt safe for children.

Installing an unnecessary 24-7 gas station/convenience store at Ehrlich and Bellamy roads would create safety, traffic, and environmental hazards (It's adjacent to a wetland & two nearby ponds).
It would also dramatically diminish the quality of life for these quiet, low-crime Bellamy neighborhoods.
Moreover, such a high-volume business would almost certainly negatively impact neighborhood property values for some 2,500 homes in and around Bellamy - the ONLY main access road for thousands.

An additional gas station is not needed here. There are multiple gas stations within a mile radius. Traffic is already well over what these roads can handle an additional gas station will making matters worse
