just now

There are several options for gas and convenience stores already located within the vicinity. Bellamy is a quiet road connecting to several residential neighborhoods. it is already difficult enough to turn left off of Bellamy onto Ehrlich as it is. This development will cause more unwanted traffic, congestion, and unwanted noise.

Safety concerns to the neighborhoods as well as environmental concerns.

I grew up here. Birds migrate to that pond twice a year. Traffic is already bad enough! There are already at least 5 gas within a .5 mile radius. RIDICULOUS AND GREEDY!!!

This will make the entrance to my community, very congested and dangerous.

The previous proposal was rejected. Our community is not in need of another gas station that would significantly impact the traffic to the front of the neighborhood.

The traffic jams this would create would directly affect me. I work off Bellamy road ans it would add extra time to my commute

It is not necessary- too close to residential, too close to a school, bad for environment, attracts crime, traffic already bad at that intersection, will make exciting Bellamy more difficult with increased traffic, alternative gas stations within a mile either direction, doesn’t fit the area… just to name a few!

it's not compatible with the surrounding area

Definitely a no-no for an already busy intersection. There are at least 3 more stations within a mile of this area.

I own a home in the Turtle Creek subdivision and strongly oppose this gas station. A business such as this is inconsistent with the nature of our community and will negatively impact traffic on Bellamy Road

I bought my home in this area because it is a quiet and safe neighborhood. A 24/7 gas station often comes with folks buying alcohol, vapes, cigarettes, and more. I'm concerned about loitering and venturing into neighborhoods - starting with the overpass on Bellamy and moving inward. I'm not opposed to change, but a 24-hour gas station isn't the right addition to this corner. We can do better. Please vote to deny this application and let's take some time to find a better option.

Concerned about the traffic congestion as well as public safety for our neighborhood. I strongly agree with the comment "wrong development in the wrong location".

The continual haphazard development has gotten out of hand & has created dangerous roadways. In some areas, the roads are still one-way traveling East & West. The current infrastructure is unable to expand due to conservation, existing buildings, etc. Adding development in this area would increase traffic & pedestrian/bicycle accidents which would affect kids who walk to/from 3 different schools within a half mile radius. Come visit the area in person& protect the last bit of nature we have left

Wrong type of usage for this neighborhood. The amount of additional traffic for Bellamy road and surrounding neighborhoods will make it a nightmare.

I am very worried about the impact this will have on our beautiful and peaceful neighborhood in terms of traffic, evironment and overall safety. Plus there is ZERO need for yet another gas station, as there are plenty in close proximity.

the proposed development is NOT compatible with our neighborhood. We do not want or need such a commercial enterprise in our midst.
