This is a residential area, and a gas station at this intersection is neither needed nor wanted by the vast preponderance of the inhabitants.
It will alter the character of the neighborhood, as well as adding to congestion at the intersection which already services 1200 homes feeding in to Bellamy Road.
Finally, there are gas stations within approximately a quarter mile west, and a mile east of this location, providing more than adequate service for the community's requirements.

Belamy is a small street with a lot of traffic and it’s not fair that it will bring a lot of traffic to a small community for a company’s profit

This poses a traffic control / safety risk on the intersection.

There’s already a shell 3 minutes down the road one way and a circle K 3 minutes down the other way, this is so unnecessary

The last thing my peaceful neighborhood needs is a 7/11 at the entrance.

A 7/11 gas station in our peaceful, quiet and beautiful neighborhood that hosts a safe space and habitat to the native wildlife would cause disruption to the residents as well as remove a chunk of habitat.

There is no reason for another gas station here to encroach on our local wetlands and to keep making traffic worse. People have to leave their houses earlier and earlier every day just to make the same trips.

I’m not interested in the added traffic or congestion it could cause. We already have so many 7/11 in our area. I’d much rather have something else; where people aren’t just in and out of.

We are opposed to building 7-Eleven on corner of Ehrlich and Bellamy, because of the impact on traffic and people driving through private neighborhoods.

I am concerned about environmental and safety issues surrounding this poorly thought out project. I am also very concerned about the added traffic that will result and the negative impact on our property values. The last thing we need is another gas station in this area. There are other very nearby gas stations in more commercial areas along Ehrlich. Stop this project from proceeding!
