This property is at the entrance to a residential neighborhood and the entrance is the school bus stop itnis also on a dangerous bend of the road and will create too much traffic. This piece of land should remain residential.

This is a residential area and it should stay residential

This will ruin the residential neighborhood. Increased traffic & noise & garbage. Will reduce property values for residents.

Commercial buildings don’t belong in residential neighborhoods.

We oppose this Dollar General. As a resident of Greendale drive, we already have more and more traffic in our little area. Between the sharp curve and exit traffic from the gas station it will only create more hazardous incidents. The store will be literal feet away from our neighbors and we all know Dollar Generals are not know for their up keep. We have four Dollar Generals within 10 minutes of this location to add to list list of why this is a bad idea.

I oppose this rezoning because the risks far outweigh any potential benefits. This proposal would increase traffic and safety concerns on an already challenging stretch of road while bringing commercial activity into the middle of a residential neighborhood. The impact on neighborhood safety, traffic, and overall community character is simply too great to justify the change.

This proposal is not compatible with the existing residential neighborhood. We ask you deny the proposal and encourage The Dollar General to find an area that is appropriately zoned for commercial.

To place this commercial business so close to a quiet rural residential neighborhood is not fair to the residents who live here for the quiet environment

This is going to be such an eyesore in such a nice neighborhood. Plus it will be on a sharp corner causing a danger to motorists leaving the neighborhood. Stop putting these all over the place and ruining the small town we live in!

"This land runs right adjacent to my house at 103 Green Dale; the entrance to the store would be almost in my front yard. The traffic it would cause would make an already dangerous situation much worst.
