Already too busy in this area! I purchased here because of the open space/golf course.

Our infrastructure can’t handle what’s here already.

Let's fix the traffic issue before we approve more construction on LPGA. These apartments do NOT enhance the "feel" of our beautiful community.

It will distract from the beautiful entrance to the LPGA community and add additional traffic to an already overburdened road which is becoming hazardous, and it will lower property values.

Preserve Neighborhood Feel: apartments can ruin the quiet, residential vibe of a street.Stop Traffic Jams: More homes or businesses bring more cars. Local roads might not handle the extra traffic safely.Protect Property Values: Unmatched development can make homes harder to sell or lower their market value.Prevent Overcrowded Schools: New residents mean more children. Local schools might not have enough space or teachers.Avoid Strain on Utilities: Older sewer, water

Road needs to be 4 lanes with lights or at least roundabouts to let more cars pull out safely!

Our neighborhood is overpopulated already and we are loosing lots of the green nature that was the reason we first bought our home here.

This area is already overbuilt and our natural world is suffering from it.
