A commercial wedding venue on Coon Den Road raises serious concerns about increased traffic on narrow rural roads, guest and pedestrian safety, noise from outdoor celebrations, and disruptions to the peace and privacy of neighboring residents. While I love seeing our small town grow, the concern of increased traffic potentially after a night of drinking is one that cannot be ignored.

That house is directly in front of our home living on Woodyard Road. I can attest to the noise, concern of DUI’s, illegal firearms, fights, illegal hunting, traffic affecting our minor children.
I’ve already witnessed my son’s 4th birthday party ruined by a ME van , and a deceased man who violated our homes occurred in the field in front of my home.
Respectfully,

This is not the city! There have been many nights with that amplified music blaring late hours of the night into the early morning . Let’s keep this little piece of country just that .

This neighborhood belongs to every single family living in it and it should stay the quiet place it's become, there are so many places being built up and constantly getting busier and louder and less safe, this place doesn't need to start by becoming a destination bringing in any and everyone to a manufactured place in the middle of the neighborhood we call home.

Concerned this is not legal-do they have a liquor license? I do not believe this is a commercially zoned estate. Worried about reckless driving in such a small neighborhood with children.

My grand kids live on this road and they regularly ride their bikes on it. It’s already a narrow back-country road. With increased traffic, the risk of incidents increase.

This is a small neighborhood with a quiet community with kids that go outside and play. There is already enough traffic on Shawnee rd with a lot of accidents and unnecessary speeding.

We feel the concern for the high traffic and possible reckless driving is an issue we do not want to have. We have kids and animals that we want to keep safe at all times.
