A few days ago, a junior student at APS Badin was targeted with severe, highly inappropriate messaging from an older student. The perpetrator used to follow the reporting student and her friend daily at the school.

Recognizing the tactical risks of standard reporting to teachers, the student privately contacted a member of our team. Operating completely behind the scenes to protect her privacy, our 6-member unit launched an independent verification process.  The perpetrator didn't tell his name in the chats but he dropped some hints. We had an idea of who it might be, since the perpetrator himself mentioned to the victim that she had passed the ball to him once, back when they were playing and someone threw it towards her. He is also the one who serves water to Sir Gul Hassan, so she knew exactly who the offender was. Still, we had to confirm the identity ourselves first so any innocent shall not be indicted. Through cross-referencing and communication traces, we confirmed the individual's identity without ever exposing the victim.

Once the evidence was airtight, we formatted physical dossiers (Okay let's say printouts of the screenshots) and bypassed standard delays to present the proof directly to Ma'am Parveen and Ma'am Asra. Despite the individual's attempts to destroy the evidence (the guy teared it apart lol), running back to the hostel, and feign a medical episode to evade accountability, the confrontation resulted in a formal confession and an official warning letter from the administration. The individual was removed from the immediate environment. Justice was served with zero exposure to the victim's name or identity. We are proud of our team and the credit goes to our Retired Commander, Supreme Commander, Lieutenant Commander, our Archivist, and our Intelligence Officers.

Our Mandate & Core Principles:

This was not an isolated incident, but a proof of concept. When students stand together with strategy and discipline, we can guarantee safety where bureaucracy fails. We are moving to institutionalize this 6-person team into a formal, permanent Student Safety Body.

To ensure this work is taken with the absolute gravity it deserves, our operations are strictly governed by two basic rules:

1. Objective Evidence Only: We do not operate on rumors, minor social friction, or personal grievances. We strictly investigate verified threats, harassment, and safety crises.
2. Absolute Anonymity: The identity of any student who approaches us remains completely confidential (in most cases, we assure that we will try our best). Our operational priority is shielding the victim.
