My village life is important to me. A place that is relatively quiet with a few pubs and one village shop. Roads without paths and a community spirit to match the environment I live in. Why do I want my home of choice turned into a place much larger than it is? Without an infrastructure to match? Central Government hasn’t a clue about Dormansland! A dot in the corner of Surrey! No more! No less! A place that misses many upgrades, but is fodder for Angela Raynor’s mass plan for more home builds!

This has been gone about in the wrong way. Also it will destroy bat habitat, cause traffic and the land floods.

I believe the road can not cope with the amount of traffic the development would generate on an essentially single track road and the proposed entrance is on a 90degree bend.

I live in a village community, it's busy enough, roads are congested, schools are full, you can't get a doctor's appointment. This does not help locals

This is a small village which is going to be over crowded, there is not enough infrastructure to cope. Roads are getting too busy. This is not the type of housing that is needed or the correct area.

West Street & Dormansland do not need anymore housing it will be turned from a rural village to a small town and possibly an extension of a neighbouring town. West Street more so hasn’t got very good services i.e. gas, water & electricity with these being stretched to the absolute maximum capability. Look at for instance, countless times the watermain has burst in recent months and years. One more new build could cause all the services to fail.

This village is too small for such a proposal!

If this proposal was to go through, it would have detrimental repercussions for the whole community! It would completely undermine the quality of life of the residents of Dormansland, not to mention the ability of our local services who are already struggling to cope with demands!

Although I feel we need more truly affordable housing for the youngsters in our village we first need the infrastructure to support new housing, families and their demands on the village and surrounding areas.
Sadly, in my opinion, no current proposals for building houses in this village are adequately considering the infrastructure so its impossible to support this proposal hence my objections

I moved to the village from London to get away from high levels of traffic & the traffic jams it causes. I am concerned that there won’t be the infrastructure to support the volume of proposed properties.

This is prime green belt land and we dont have the infrastructure to support. To say it will improve biodiversity is utter rubbish

The village and surrounding areas just do not have the infrastructure to cope with 80 more households. The land is also green belt and we should be using brownfield sites before destroying the countryside.

I strongly oppose this development.
The roads in the village are narrow and parking is already a problem.
There is no off road parking at the station, another problem that will just get worse when adding more housing with more cars.
No local doctor’s surgery in the village.
Primary School is full.
The proposed land for development floods.

I live in west street and have huge concerns about the increased traffic in the area particularly Dormans road which is already heavy with traffic. We already have limited school and doctors in the area so it will put an added strain on the local community. The area is liable to flooding and unsuitable for development.
