Too much rapid building with no consideration as to why people moved here in the first place. Penfield claims to be all about nature, but you’re ruining the habitat, the landscape and the beauty. 250 is awful already! And the Harbors at Penfield (Atlantic & 250) is only in the early stages.
This absolutely should not be approved!

Traffic is already an issue on 250 at start of day and end of day.
This will cause more delays up through the village of Webster.

There is no need for developing this area especially when you have a massive development (that’s not even finished) right down the road at the corner of 250 and Atlantic. Leave the green!

It is important to preserve these areas. More housing developments are not needed there. Plenty of other areas to choose from without destroying this habitat.

Been in webster my whole life. Many visits to family on Marchner rd. Its nice to drive from the village to farm in 3 minutes. Leave it alone .

We live one street north on State road., our property backs up to Marchner rd. Family property for over 160 years. Same as some on Marchner rd. Look at what the development did on the corner of State and 250. A lot more traffic clear cut trees. My mom’s house is next door to it. Since they clear cut, she has had trees come down on her house a couple of times, never did before. We see more deer and other wildlife than before because there’s less room for them to live. Please don’t let it happen!
