This is vital farm land that supports the livelihood of several farmers and maintains the integrity of our community. We have too much traffic already in this area. We cannot support more housing in this area. Absolutely DO NOT build there and take away this farm land

Webster zoning board needs to stop permitting every develop that is proposed. The increased traffic (250 is already a speedway), the displacement of wildlife, the destruction of green spaces, it’s already reshaping our town into another Henrietta. Over commercialized, too. And meanwhile, our property taxes aren’t coming down, even with the additional revenue they are taking in. It has to stop!

Theyre ruining Webster with more congestion. Killing the wildlife, traffic . How many new subdivisions do we need!!Webster used to be a beautiful quaint town. Now its traffic congested, crime has gone up! Not so quaint anymore. Stop all the building!!

It is so sad to see our beautiful open spaces turned into housing tracts where all the houses are the same. I miss the simpler times when Webster was considered rural filled with deer, turkeys, hawks, and other wildlife in abundance.

BAD IDEA---250 is already a TRAFFIC/SAFETY NIGHTMARE, and I'm just a casual visitor to the area, Think about the TAXPAYING Residents, who live in the area...VOTE NO..remember you WORK for US!!!!!

There are hundred of townhomes in webster/penfield already that are vacant. Who wants to rent in a townhome complex? Sounds like a money grab. If you are going to build, cut the amount of homes in half and let them be for sale at least.

Too many housing developments have been built recently not taking into account the surrounding area and the wildlife. In these developments the houses are usually too close together and all look the same.
