I have been a resident of Marchner Road for over 30 years. Over the last few years, Penfield and Webster have lost their agricultural roots to developments such as this. To many homes & over-priced rentals in a agri. area. Zoned RA-2 should stay as it is. Zoning is put in place for many reasons! Stick to it! Too much traffic.

The zoning should not be changed for this project. It's disappointing we found about this project from a neighbor, thank you. I would like to thank Roy Green as well, so many great points. Let's not forget the townhouse project that they wanted to start on the eastside of the road as few years back. I am sure if this gets approved that will be next. Changes like this never help the families that live on the road. It's hard to fight big money.

RT 250 is already overwhelmed with traffic that can't figure out the speed limits and where to turn and where not to. The highest and best use of the land is its current.

Harris Rd resident. The town of Penfield has screwed with the west side of 250 for some time now changing zoning to make it all work. Leave the east of 250 and beyond alone!

I would like to see the quiet rural atmosphere retained on Marchner rd. A huge amount of that property is in the 100 year flood plain zone. The area has low density housing and should stay that way.

This oversized planned housing development would negatively impact tax paying residents in the area that call Webster home. There are veterans with severe ptsd that live directly behind the land that chose Webster as their sanctuary away from congested and over populated areas in and around Rochester. Additionally, as a city resident who has to do the majority of shopping in the suburbs, we choose Webster over Henrietta or Greece due to the traffic congestion in those other areas. Thank you.
