I live here,Owen property here, and pay a lot of property taxes to Marshall County. Marshall County does not have the infrastructure or the willpower and money to install this infrastructure. Serious thought needs to be put into fees on developers that will help build out our infrastructure. Not opposed to growth, just opposed to going deeply in debt so a few can get rich.

we have a rural community here in chapel hill and this does not follow our rural values. It is the opposite of said values. It’s unnecessary, and a huge disaster. Our small paved over tar and chip road structures can not handle the traffic this will cause, most roadways you need to stop and pull over to let people by. There is not enough law enforcement officers or first responders to accommodate this giant influx of people. There is no hospital. The power grid collapses randomly as is.

We live off pyles rd and already the infrastructure is not accommodating the amount of growth just around us..
The lack of taking care of roads is ridiculous and not planning ahead is not acceptable.

Our little town cannot handle that amount of growth. Our schools, our water, our roads and most importantly our emergency services. This is simply put, irresponsible.

I don't want all the issues that come with a massive subdivision, roads, infrastructure, crime , only 1 ambulance for all of Marshall County...

There's to many Homes being built in a small town that's not designed to handle that much traffic. They are not doing any TIS. Plus they don't even have a real sewage system in the town of Chapel Hill TN and that includes the city limits. All the while overloading the water with Chlorine...

Our Roads, Water, Crime, Traffic, Schools will all be affected by this project. Our home is on Lunns Store rd near the Lunns Store entrance. If homes are to built here they need to be on 5 acre tracks or larger. I moved to Chapel Hill because it's a awesome Small Town. Now your developers are trying to take that away from everyone who moved here to turn it into a Spring Hill or Franklin. This is a very sad day and this needs to stop right here and now.

Don’t Spring Hill our town. We deserve responsible, strategic growth. Where is the comprehensive long-term plan? Have we assessed cumulative impacts of ALL proposed subdivisions? Where is the alignment between town and county? Why aren’t improvements being completed before breaking ground on neighborhoods? We have known water capacity issues, a shortage of emergency services, accessibility issues, etc. We deserve a transparent, resident friendly plan to bring healthy growth to Marshall Co.

It's ridiculous that these subdivisions continue to be approved 🤦♀️ yet still can't approve having traffic lights, widened roads & turn lanes where they've been needed for years. Also where is the water coming from to support this rapid growth? Are they also building new schools? The questions could go on & on. Responsible growth is needed here!

We can’t handle any more homes. To much growth. Roads can’t handle all the traffic. So much traffic and dump trucks which just causes more and more wrecks. Schools can’t handle more and more students. Water supply jeopardized. Chapel Hill was a small town not meant to be Nashville, Murfreesboro, Mt Juliet etc. We need to save some of the farmland. Don’t have enough emergency personnel to take care of the amount of people in the area now.

Let me know when water infrastructure
Is better. Leave the large neighborhoods out of here till we can support the 500+ new homes. It’s simple math.
