Rules will be broken whether its with a phone or not, this rule is a result of the teachers' failures in punishing students who use phones during class time and only inconveniences the ones that use it outside of class.

First: in the form there is stated that implementing a phone ban will increase to social interactions. I find this highly ironic- what are we supposed to do? Talk amongst classmates- then get yelled at for talking. Second: regarding social interactions. The second I stepped into Hoërskool Durbanville I have been bullied. The second they start forcing us to interact- there will be an increase in conflict and bullying. Third: Clocktimes and what subjects we have Fourth: instrument practice times
