We need farm land. Too many farms are lost already around Etown and Rineyville. One more DG grocery isn't needed with all those new groceries just opened up.

Rezoning this property would be more harmful than helpful to the local residents. This is an unnecessary and unwanted change.

Farmland should not be destroyed for stores. Enough old paved areas that could be utilized

Local residents don't want the land to be developed. That should be enough!

I am familiar with the area and consider it lovely. We have seen too many beautiful green spaces succumb to unnecessary construction. Unnecessary, as there is sufficient access to retail services already in the area.

To save the land and animals. We do not need a Dollar General when there is one located nearby.

I live less then a mile from the proposed DG site. We do not need another DG so close together. The land they are looking at does floor the side yard and we have had some serious accidents by this area already.

Once a commercial building is built it will never go back to the land it was before. It impacts every aspect of water shed, pollution, erosion, flooding, etc. If there is no need to erect it, outside of a corporate outsider wanting to take advantage of growing their own economic momentum, then the community should have input. They are the ones who continue to live with the consequences of building something so permanent.

I live on 313 Claudie this is not a place to put a store it is a residential area not for commercial use. We like our peace and quiet and the highway is already a skip and hop away from the other dollar general with four gas stations we don't need anymore
