Say No to Noise Nuisance from Liquor License Holders
Community petition against liquor license holders at Dinie Estates and Groove Tales, Rustenburg, due to noise nuisance caused by excessively loud music, car spinning, and other activities.

This has been going on fár to long!!! Let's all on the R24 stand together and put a stop to it for once and all. We have been living here for Forty years and heaven knows we can't take any more of this noise!!! It attacks your senses and even makes it hard to breathe. It starts on a Friday and goes on for the whole weekend. There is just NO end to it! It drives everyone crazy!!!!!! Can't sleep at night even sometimes on Wednesday and then right through the weekend!!! Don't we as residents also
Sleep deprived because of constant noise Nuisance from Dinie Estate. Can not enjoy my garden or sit outside because of constant noise Nuisance from Dinie Estate. 24/7!
The constant Noise Nuisance, Excessive loud music , that on many occasion does not stop for entire weekends ! These Taverns does not respect thier neighbours, or community. Do not keep to hrs as stipulated in the NW Liquor law. Al so does not keep its music within its own walls as stipulated. not mentioning the additional Spinning and Live DJ 's being hosted by Grove Thales events. Intoxicated people walking in roads between the vehicles.
Because of the peace and safety of my children the ongoing parties thats causing drunk people walking in the middle of the road , broken glass in the road , and drunk dangerous people walking between the plots , sunday nights not being able to sleep my kids can't sleep my baby can't sleep because it's an ongoing voice and people screaming on microphones

Loud noise going well past midnight, especially over weekends and public holidays. We live about 2 km away and can hear the noise.
