We moved away from the QC to have a quiet town feel. TBK is doable for this. No need to bring this here!

Coal Valley should be a peaceful area apart from Quad City traffic. People love their neighborhoods the way they are, peaceful and safe from crazy congested traffic. Please leave this area alone and look somewhere else got this idea!!

Don't need a complex like this in this area. Build where so much damage to natural environment is not needed. Find another...better p l ace. Zoo area needs to be left natural.

Leave the country to the country. Stop killing the trees we breathe. Our community does not need this complex, we have parks and a zoo.

I dont like the idea of the noise and traffic in the area. As well as the desolvement of the hill which protects our houses from large scale damage from storms. Or the fact that the wetlands there will be pushed back potentially causing flooding issues for the neighborhood.
