Basic snacks like crisps or biscuits should be allowed for the following reasons:
-not everyone goes to football to eat, some just want a quick snack at half time without leaving their seat.
-not everyone can afford the prices - they have already paid for match ticket and this should be enough
-not everyone wants to queue and risk missing the start of the second half.
-for the fans by the fans - less and less so!

We travel 70 miles from home to Plough Lane, we bring a piece of fruit and a bag if crisps to eat at half time. With the cost of ithe season tickets and fuel we cannot afford to buy food in the ground, which is quite expensive.
