I'm a sickly person and everytime when I'm not feeling well 😕 😪 when I arrive at Orlando Clinic 😢 the is a shortfall of staff and the service is not friendly especially in the consulting rooms,it's better to open the clinic so that people can come in even in the afternoon to eliminate overcrowding of people.

Nurses at Orlando East are not doing their job they take forever to help ..last time I went there at 07:00 I had a serious pain ,I had a toothache they gave me 2 tablets for pain they told us that had no injections but that was not true, because the doctor said he wants to knock off and he will cut this line because "us" Sowetans we are getting too many and still he attended us at 1:30 after we came how long..some nurses are really rude without any reason unnecessary. They are not useful at all

It is important to me because I live in this community, and I know how difficult it can be to get medical help when you don’t have transport money or access to an ambulance. Emergencies can happen at any time, and nobody should have to worry about how they will get to a hospital when their loved one needs urgent medical attention. Our community deserves better access to healthcare, day and night.

We can't loose more people due to limited resources. The clinic is closer therefore should be open 24 hours so that people have access to healthcare no matter the time. In case of emergency not everyone has the means to Uber or drive to the hospital. The clinic being open helps to mitigate any risks prior to going to the hospital also the ambulance services are quick to arrive when called by the clinic as opposed to being called by an individual
