Elders go to work without electricity and come back home without electricity and we also have children in our households that we cannot keep starving or let them go to sleep with improper nutrition

1.Frequent power outages disrupt homes, schools, businesses, and essential services. 2.The current infrastructure cannot meet the growing demand of our expanding community. 3.Voltage fluctuations damage appliances and cause financial losses. 4.Power interruptions affect learners’ ability to study, especially at night. 5.Businesses lose income and productivity due to unreliable electricity. 6.Regular outages compromise safety and security, especially at night.

This is affecting us as residents of Refilwe. Refilwe it's now bigger than before and we are sharing one mini sub as residents

It has been a nightmare living in Refilwe.Every winter, every year same story. Long hours of load reduction,(10 hours to be precise) is just too much on a daily basis. How are people who work from home expected to work, matric students , businesses and everyone else expected to function? We kindly ask for a bigger sub-station, that is our only solution.

Refilwe is struggling with loadshedding, making it difficult for students to study, because WiFi is off and there's no lights, especially for those who have poor vision like me and who are chronically ill, it's difficult to do my medication routines without electricity.

Because we need a bigger substation because we experience lots of loadshedding 8 to 12 hours a day. So we need a bigger sub

Refilwe is too big for the lil power supply we have been using for decades and it keeps having faults. During power outage the streets are dark and we are vulnerable to predictors (thugs who robbe us as we head to and back f om work, thiefs breaking in to our homes while we sleep holding us hostage at some points, women and girls being raped) . We leave at fear for our lifes in this dark township.

Am signing this petition because is a good cause for us due to the death of the people who dead in illegal electricity so is very important for us to think about the safety of our people, so I think legal electricity is the best choice.
