We really need a new substation as every year winter time we experience load shedding or reduction ending up not having electricity for more than 8 hours a day. Refilwe is no longer a small location so the old substation can not cover us all that's why it traps

The power outage affects me directly as we have a grandmother's medication that depends much on the electricity for storage. Now it seems the municipality does care about the lives of the community in that regard. When you switch the electricity on and off without offering any explanation, it means you don't care about the livelihood. The main question that remains, is how do you build the township extension without adding the transformer in order to ease the power grid that might affect us all?
