Winter time is a hustle for us as residents we spend most of cold days with no electricity, on the other hand not everyone has woods or afford to get some . Senior citizens who depend on medication that has to be refrigerated and have meals in between are at times in sad situations where electricity is not there and haven’t cooked

Im signing because we are struggling as Refilwe community with electricity , as I believe it is our basic right to have access to electricity and we are paying our municipal services. So it is not fair to be expected to pay for rates and taxes whereby we don't get electricity most of the times.
