Ever since "Maskara" was released, fans have fallen in love with Vedang Raina's vocals and the brief glimpse we got of his version in the film. But since we only got a few lines, fans are united in wanting more.
Even director Imtiaz Ali himself suggested that if fans gathered enough signatures and took their request to you, there might be hope. So here we are, doing exactly that.
We are respectfully requesting the release of an extended version of "Maskara" featuring more of Vedang's vocals and additional lyrics. The existing portions have left listeners wanting more, and we believe a full release would be cherished by fans of the film, the music, and the artists involved.
And if there aren't any extra lyrics waiting to be released, then we have a humble alternative request. Rahman Sir, you're a magician with melodies, and Irshad Sir, you're a magician with words, perhaps you could create a few more lines for us now.

This movie matters a lot to me . It healed and broke something in me at the same time. I had a personality like JIYA and always imagined a Man with the the same personality as KEENU . As everyone knows that we didn't got an ending we wanted but atleast we should an extended version of this song . I love those cheeky blushes Keenu used to get while being with or thinking about Jiya . I need more romantic moments and the extended song. Plij plij plij 😭😭💘🫶
Yess OFCOURSE we need more of vedang, imagine if those four lines can make us go crazy and addicted to it then think if we get an extended version of it. Egarly waiting to hear that voice again
Vedang’s voice is one that comes along once in a generation. A song like maskara in a film like MVA is not something we experience everyday. The part of Maskara that we have heard him sing has touched millions of hearts and we are in dire need of more of his talent and energy.
vedangs part in maskara was so beautiful and enchanting and that makes me want to hear more of his beautiful talent!
Do i really have to write a reason for it? Isn't Vedang's soulful part in the song the answer? Ofc we'd like to hear more of it

OMGG YES PLEASE!!!! Love vedang's part in maskara so much! We deserve an extended version. He's so talented, absolutely loved him in MVA and when his part of the song came up, it was pure bliss.
