FL Statute requires meeting recordings be stored for 7 years. Ok...do this. Meeting minutes are stored so why not transcribes of meetings? The legal aspects of discontinuing Zoom was never shared with owners, but rather stopped without explanation. I am confident that our association attorney can guide the Board on how best to accomplish Zoom participation. Owner participation is important and transparency is key.

I'm an out of town owner. I need to have video/audio access to board meetings to be aware of information being shared and to have the opportunity to comment during live proceedings. It is outrageous that the Board has limited meetings to in person attendees only.

I don’t live in state so I can only attend via zoom. I have attended other zoom meetings and found the info shared online beneficial. I’m not sure why this was discontinued but it affects a good number of off site owners.

Digital meetings are important to me for two reasons. 1) it is not always possible to attend in person 2) I have a hard time hearing at the in person meetings and digital meetings make it possible for me to accurately hear and understand the meetings.

As a newer owner that comes in the winter months as well as sporadic, I was able to listen via zoom at the meetings. Now, I will only receive minutes that do not capture the entire discussion. Please restore remote ability to attend meetings as previously provided. Thank you.

With absentee, traveling, and rental owners, folks not always on site for meetings should have access to board meetings to remain informed whether on the .meeting day or afterward by recording
