We are stewards of our envitonment and cannot turn a blind eye when others want to knowingly or unknowingly destroy it. We need the bay and the wetlands to preserve the beauty that makes this place so special.

The ongoing rampant damage to our wetlands and coastal environment must be stopped before it's too late to repair the damage inflicted.

We need to stop destroying our bay with out of control development. Beruff has a history of tearing down mangroves and should not be allowed to continue doing this.

Preservation of natural barriers , not walls, is the best way to manage rising sea levels, preserving the natural beauty of our community

For preservation of this fragile environment. Set a precedent that the public voice supporting sustainability & the environment can change the opposition who are more interested in money versus the future of our planet.

Compromising the eco system will have long term effects and interrupt the normal migration of many birds and animals, causing many to die. We must strike a balance for future generations. The health of our planet is much more important than any sum of money. I implore you to do the right thing and to think about what mess this will leave for your children and beyond.

Opposed to Manatee County commissioners and their developer Masters long standing pattern of sacrificing Florida’s environment for their profits.

Carlos Beruff has taken full advantage of county commissioners he helped to get elected. During Aqua by the Bay construction his team "ACCIDENTLY" removed wetland acreage. The Manatee County Commissioners fined Medallion Home (Beruff) only $8,000!! Do not approve this project as all wetlands and mangroves are needed to reduce soil erosion and buffer against hurricanes and flooding.
Please Please do not approve this project as it does not benefit the county and only benefits one person.
Thank you

In recent years we have been reminded numerous times about the destructive force of Mother Nature. It is insane to consider removing one of the few remaining natural barriers that protect us. It is time to think about what is best for all of the area's residents, not just a select few.
