Longbar is a natural estuary. The water and grasslands need protected. He’s been rejected several times, won’t take NO for an answer.

We have plenty of development already and limited wetlands that are so important to our ecosystem. Please don't allow another exemption that reduces the buffers.

I live on the Manatee & Braden Rivers. We had devastating flooding in 2024 for our elderly community. Water was released inappropriately from the resevoir which helped in our flooding issues. Please save our conservation lands that border all our waterways. Big development must not be allowed to continue destroying everything in it's path. Concentrate on the infrastructure you have neglected for decades, clean drinking water, polluting our rivers with sewerage & no proper drainage / runoff.

We need all the coastal wetlands we can save. We DO NOT need more development on our coastline. It will destroy the creatures that spawn and live there to the detriment of our economy and enjoyment of what natural lands we have left. I say deny this permit application !!
