We must stop the destruction of our mangrove shorelines. When will Beruff and Neal be rich enough to satisfy their greed? And at what cost to the residents and environment. There will no longer be trees, wetlands, or mangrove shorelines, only houses and roads. And not enough drinking water for everyone. The wetlands have to be protected. Once they are gone there will be no getting them back. The citizens of Manatee County let it be known years ago at a meeting at Manatee Civic Center that we were totally against Longbar Point and Beruff destroying the wetlands.
