Stop this developer! He has no boundaries, integrity or consequences. I live in one of his communities, Legends Bay abd his removal of mangroves causes so much flooding.

We need to stop this greedy developer once and for all. Please be sure to vote out Mike rahn and Amanda Ballard holdover traitors from the last election. They need to be ousted.

To protect the last bit of remaining natural shoreline, and stop the out-of-control development

We must stop the destruction of our mangrove shorelines. When will Beruff and Neal be rich enough to satisfy their greed? And at what cost to the residents and environment. There will no longer be trees, wetlands, or mangrove shorelines, only houses and roads. And not enough drinking water for everyone. When will the politicians stop, or at least begin to properly manage this destructive development.

The wetlands have to be protected. Once they are gone there will be no getting them back. The citizens of Manatee County let it be known years ago at a meeting at Manatee Civic Center that we were totally against Longbar Point and Beruff destroying the wetlands. Rahn and Ballard have betrayed our trust on this and many other issues. Vote them out!

Stop the continuation of developer encroachment on our wetlands. Enforce the current rules and policies on wetland destruction by developers.

People talk about the problems of climate change. So often we aren't willing to something meaningful to stop it. Killing trees and paving and building over natural lands is a major contributor to the problem

Please do not allow this development to happen. Continued development is destroying our delicate ecosystem and the coastal lifestyle and beauty that makes Florida a true paradise. Please don't allow greed and more development to kill what remains of Florida.

we're constantly having to fight the developers with tax dollars that need to be spent elsewhere. why aren't these people (beruff and neal) held to regard laws on the books? just because they are wealthy and to hell with the environment? put these law breakers in their place for once without using our tax dollars to fight them. these people are ridiculious

It's time to stop the environmental damage to our wetlands by compromising buffer zones mangroves, and sea grass.
