Like every year, I was eager to relive and document L’Boulevard’s Rock/Metal day, both as a passionate photographer and musician, only to be denied access because I had a semi-professional camera, while media access was granted to people whose sole purpose seemed to be filming attendees without consent, judging their appearance, and tarnishing their reputation. And more seriously, I personally witnessed sexual harassment, which has absolutely no place at a festival like L’Boulevard.

There's a lot of harassment (and not just sexual). And some people's (who are clearly not part of the culture or listen to the music at all) behavior is completely inappropriate and just forces you to stay away and enjoy the event from the farthest corner possible.

I fully support the idea of introducing a small symbolic entry fee for Rock/Metal Day. It could help reduce theft, harassment, and disruptive behavior while keeping the event accessible to genuine music fans. The price should remain affordable for young people, and the money could also be reinvested into better security and crowd management.

I was targeted and harassed at L'Boulevard despite wearing basic clothes and no makeup to stay safe. Metal Day needs real access control. Real metalheads would gladly pay 100–200 DH for a ticket if it guaranteed a safe, vetted space for us and our friends, sisters, and partners. Safety must come first. If not possible try to require a specific dress code to this specific day do something about it cuz me as a 17 years old teenager I no longer feel safe in a place that I was considering as home

I saw my friend getting harrassed in front of my eyes and lost sight of the aggressor when chasing him. Some dude harrassed an aquaintance's wife and got defensive and blamed her when confronted. The loitering got worse and worse. It may have been my second time going there, but it'll be my last if things are kept this way.

as much as we all love seeing the community grow, we also want it to stay safe they really should think about implementing an entry fee, or at least an online reservation policy if they plan on keeping it open-door because this year has been a disaster when it comes to crowd control

As a metalhead I feel bad about the boulvard because for us boulvard is ous safe place nowadays we see most of people at metal day are not into the genre they just came to ruin our mood and fight and cause trouble and the journalists are rude the journalism in general are rude to our community (metal)
