Common amenities & Clubhouse facilities should not be charged separately. Avoids turning a residential amenity into a commercial service, clubhouse within a residential community is primarily a shared community facility, not a commercial recreation centre. Treating every activity as a paid service changes the purpose of the amenity. There may be many who are not using them but non use does not mean non benefit or non responsibility, rather other users exercising their right to access.

Common facilities shoukd be available for all. Making it pay per use will lead to many other aspects of the common infrastructure being subjected to similar scrutiny. How will we manage this. It's not a feasible idea.

We will loose the charm of one of the most lively societies of Bangalore. Have common facilities also helps to bring everyone togtehr with no hindrance. Pay per Use is definitely a BIG NO.

Pay per Use has larger ramifications for the society which goes beyond the fair usage, pay per use, CAM etc. People who support such moves have no clue of the ground realities and problems it will create, but supporting it blindly by following the diktat from their masters! Common facilities of the complex should be accessible to any and every authorised resident. The maintenance and upkeep/renovation of the same should be done through yearly opex and capex budget.
