Education is a human right, not a political privilege. Iranian people should not be held responsible for the actions of their government. Access to education and language examinations should be based on individual merit, not nationality or political circumstances.

This decision is unfair to thousands of Iranian test takers who have invested significant time, money, and effort preparing for the PTE. Many have studied for months, paid for courses and exam preparation, and planned their education or professional registration around this test.
