Everyone deserves equal access to international professional exams. Iranian candidates should not be excluded based on their nationality.

I signed this petition because I believe it is deeply unfair that Iranian people, cultured, educated, and highly capable individuals, are being prevented from taking Pearson examinations that are essential for their education, professional careers, migration, and broader academic and professional development.

It is painful to see ordinary Iranians once again paying the price for politics they have no control over. These are students and professionals simply trying to study, work and build their future. Blocking their access to an English test is not a solution to any political problem. It only creates another hardship for innocent people.

It’s alarming that an entire nation are banned from sitting on an exam which is a door for their future. It’s a humanitarian issue which must be addressed immediately.

This is not fair, what is our fault? Why should we be beaten for the fault of others? We are the people, not the government, it is our right to access the PTE test with any proof of identity and residence, we demand a serious review of this unfair decision.

I am an Iranian professional with a university degree and years of work experience. I have spent months preparing for the PTE Academic exam to build a better future.
In these already difficult and frightening circumstances, it is heartbreaking to face another barrier simply because of where we live. Pearson, please stand with us and give Iranian residents a fair chance.
We are not asking for special treatment—only the opportunity to take the PTE exam and prove our abilities. Please do not let
