This is an extremely unfair and inhumane decision. It effectively takes away people’s freedom and right to choose how they demonstrate their language proficiency. It is deeply discriminatory and unacceptable to target an entire nationality in this way. This is the first time I have seen such a harsh and unfair restriction imposed on a specific nationality, and it is absolutely unacceptable.

I strongly support this petition. Blocking Iranian residents from the PTE Academic exam based solely on nationality is unjust and crushes the dreams of countless hard-working students. Education must never be politicized. I urge Pearson and U.S. authorities to reverse this ban immediately.
