I signed this petition because I believe it is deeply unfair that Iranian people, cultured, educated, and highly capable individuals, are being prevented from taking Pearson examinations that are essential for their education, professional careers, migration, and broader academic and professional development.

PTE is an important part of my migration plans. I have spent months preparing for this exam, and its cancellation for Iranian candidates has seriously disrupted my plans and put my future plans on hold.

No one should be denied their fundamental human right to education in another country simply because of the place of their birth. Where a person is born should never determine their right to access education, pursue opportunities, or build a future across borders.

This is the result of the mullahs and their behavior. It’s not fair to associate Persians with the mullahs just because they occupy Persian lands.

The people of Iran are not their government. Sanctions should not punish or harm ordinary Iranians.Their government has already done more than enough to hurt them.

It is unfair and deeply disappointing that Pearson currently prevents people in Iran from taking the PTE exam, especially given its high cost for Iranian candidates. Everyone deserves equal and fair access, regardless of nationality. Iranian people have already faced enough hardship. We respectfully ask Pearson to reconsider this decision and provide equal access to all candidates.

I have been studying for a year to pass PTE exam to go abroad with my family because in IRAN with this terrorist government I face many challenges like war. This suspension is absolutely unfair.

Every Iranian national, as well as anyone whose primary place of residence is Iran, should have the right to study and pursue personal growth and a better future. Everyone deserves the opportunity to work toward a better future. The right to pursue education and learn English should be available to everyone, without discrimination.
