I have already booked my PTE Academic test in Van, Türkiye for 16 September 2026, and I have paid for my accommodation and transportation. This sudden policy change puts me and many other Iranian candidates in a very difficult situation. We are asking Pearson to reconsider this decision, or at the very least allow candidates with existing bookings to take their exams or reschedule them before the new restrictions take effect. Please do not let years of preparation and significant financial commi

Please reconsider canceling exams for Iranian candidates who have already paid and booked exams at test centers outside Iran. We have made significant financial and travel arrangements to take these exams. Please allow already-paid exams outside Iran to proceed, or provide a fair alternative without financial loss.

Education is a fundamental human right, not a privilege. Restricting access to education is a violation of basic human rights. No student should be denied educational opportunities because of their nationality or place of residence. Iranian students have the right to pursue quality education without discrimination. Educational opportunities should never be used as a tool of political pressure. Students should not be punished for political decisions beyond their control. Access to internatio

I signed this petition because I believe it is deeply unfair that Iranian people, cultured, educated, and highly capable individuals, are being prevented from taking Pearson examinations that are essential for their education, professional careers, migration, and broader academic and professional development.

Education and professional qualifications should remain independent of geographical borders. I sincerely hope Pearson reconsiders this decision and restores access for residents in Iran.

Dear Pearson, Preventing a whole nation from Education is against human rights. Iranian have the right to access quality education. PTE is an important part of the academic and immigration plans of many Iranian students and professionals. A short transition period would make a significant difference to those who have already invested considerable time, money, and effort preparing for this examination. We sincerely hope you will review this situation. Kind regards,
