Sri Lanka has previously hosted successful K-pop cinema screenings, including concert films from global artists such as ATEEZ, BTS, SEVENTEEN, BLACKPINK, Stray Kids, NCT, TWICE, and others. These screenings received strong support from fans across the country, proving that there is a passionate and growing K-pop audience in Sri Lanka.
Now, with ATEEZ [LIGHT THE WAY] IN CINEMAS scheduled internationally on 6th and 8th August, we respectfully request Sri Lanka to be included as one of the screening locations.
For many fans, cinema screenings are the only realistic way to experience the atmosphere, emotion, and energy of a live concert. Bringing these films to Sri Lanka allows fans to connect with their favorite artists and share these moments together in a meaningful way.
We also hope this petition reflects the unity of the Sri Lankan K-pop community across all fandoms. This is not limited to one group, but represents a collective voice showing that K-pop cinema screenings have a strong and dedicated audience in Sri Lanka.
We kindly request cinema distributors and relevant authorities to consider bringing K-pop concert films back to Sri Lankan theatres and to continue supporting future screenings for all K-pop fans.

K-pop has a large and growing fan community in Sri Lanka. Many fans cannot afford to travel overseas to watch concerts or documentaries, so bringing them to local cinemas would give us a chance to enjoy these experiences on the big screen. It would also promote cultural exchange, bring more audiences to cinemas, and show that Sri Lanka supports a wider variety of international entertainment. We believe these screenings would be well received and appreciated by many fans across the country.
since international concerts arent an accessible thing here in srilanka, we at least deserve to get them in cinemas where we all can enjoy and have a good time with other fans.
A cinema release provides a high-quality, affordable alternative that lets fans experience global entertainment locally. It will be a cultural connection and even economic boost.
Because it is something fans of Ateez can truly enjoy in Sri Lanka, we do not have idols coming to our country to host shows and concerts so this is a great opportunity for us to enjoy and share one another's interests
I will literally sacrifice anything about ateez and we did not have any opportunity to experience their energy and their vibe...I really want to experience this even as a cinema
We have so many ATINY in Sri Lanka and we really want to experience ATEEZ on the big screen. Please bring it to sri lanka

As a Sri Lankan ATINY I hope Sri Lanka can be included as a screening location for ATEEZ [LIGHT THE WAY] IN CINEMAS Many fans here cannot attend overseas concerts and artists rarely visit our country This would be a wonderful opportunity for Sri Lankan fans to experience and enjoy an ATEEZ concert together
