This is a worst idea. And it causes financial burden for students and also affects the mental strength of students.It will affect students when they approches in a job interview

Even after proper evaluation, some students fail by just one or two marks. This affects their mental health, and even after applying for revaluation, they may still not get enough marks to pass. We are talking about a difference of only 2 or 3 marks, which is the main problem with the year-back system in KTU University.

I respectfully request you to reconsider and withdraw the year-back system introduced for KTU B.Tech 2024 Scheme students. Losing an entire academic year due to backlogs causes significant academic, financial, and personal hardship for many students.
I kindly request the Government and KTU to provide students with opportunities to clear their backlogs without delaying their graduation by one full year.
