Currently d dealing with these fake protectors while my kids are placed in a non family, non native american home while under going physical mental and verbal abuse all of which they claimed my children were enduring while home with me. Only thing is i could say we were renting a room from a close family friend after my sons father got us licked out of our home. By stealing the rent money and then the day they got this so called mandated report was the day o was trying to get away from him

I am currently living in one state while being garnished over 2000 a month on pay that cannot afford that and with interest rate so high I will die paying child support even after the child has already turned 18. Which they all are. Apart from that the state that I live in is double dipping. I need help please. Let’s get this done

I was Done Wrong By CPS And They Made So Many Mistakes Falsefied Documents Ruined Alot of years of My Life They Threatened Me I Am Fixing To Go Against Them Again They Need To Pay Physically And Criminally For What They Have Done Im In Process Now Want my Kids Back Trying to get Someone To Take The Case If Anyone Sees This Is Interested In Lancaster S.C Please Reach Out

Judge refused to look at my evidence. Refused to hold my ex accountable for lying about her income. Did not matter that I had my daughter for 10 years with no help. Did not matter about the reason my daughter had to go live with her mother because her mother manipulated her causing her to have mental health issues which became dangerous to my household, and my other children that judge ignored those facts. And ordered me to pay $1,100 to her when she makes about $20,000 more than me.

My husband’s has been in and out of family court. Despite him having custody of his daughter for 10 years. He was treated so unfairly today. Judge ignored his evidence, and was out right rude to him and his attorney ignored his actual income and ordered him to pay $1,100 a month. And his ex lied about her income. And judge ignored all of those things.

My son was taken by courts for trying to protect him from a proven criminal abuser and here we are still fighting for our kids perpetuating the system and it’s paychecks with our pain

Because they took my kids no fighting case I did everything and they still told me I was wrong the DHR lady got on the stand and told them my case did fall through the cracks but they have to much going to deal with my case and my family agreed to get them

As I have witnessed someone close to me get tangled in the family court mess, this system is more than broken, it is driven by a spirit of control and greed.
It ts a money making entity, just like so many other systems in our society.

Ive delt with Houston County ga. Dfacs on and off since I was 19 unfortunately. In 2016 my first case...1 kid had to move in with my father to be supervised 24/7 lasted over a year...in 2020 a investigation after my 2nd kid was born lasted almost 4 -6 months i think....again in 2020 this time both kids removed from home for a year.... then in 2024 had an investigation then again in 2025-26 removed all 3 kids and lost my rights they lied in court and drug test

as someone who was placed into state care I can attest that the homes these children are placed into (often times separating siblings from one another) turn out to be just as bad if not extremely worse than the homes they are being "saved" from. proper accountability and transparency could help prevent the unnecessary placement of children into these toxic homes and truly keep families together

Five years of parental alienation. This has ultimately defamed my character as a human with rights, and severely impacted my mental and physical health. Biased judge and $90,000 in attorneys fees with no resolution and no end in site.

My children were stolen from me and placed in an abusive envirnment that I pulled them from, legally. Now my son is dead. 23 years old. I kept my mouth shut because I believe it was a necessary evil for me to suffer and children to be safe beyond my family.
