I am dealing with a racist and biased judge in Lorain county Ohio and she has done nothing but brake the law make up her own took my children when there was no harm done this woman needs to be stripped of her bench it’s not fair that people with money get away with the shit the pull on the parent who cares

Currently in a custody battle for 2 yrs. Had a lawyer spent $100,000. And now proceeding pro se as I can’t afford a lawyer while the father has transformed his physical emotional and psychological abuse to the courts while they sit back and enable his behavior. SOMETHING HAS TO CHANGE!

They took my son from the mother and never gave me a Chance to get him. No invite to court, i never signed for a lawyer but they still let a public defender make decisions for me without my presence or my consent. I miss my son and wish I have been given the opportunity to raise him. They adopted him and took my rights over a video.

My rights have been stepped on since day one of my 6 year long case.. my home was illegally searched without a warrant or court order to do so. In the removal of my children who were not in iminate danger. I have not seen my two children in years and still have rights. I see my other son they have custody of every week. I have custody of my 13 and 16 year old. I can't make it make sense. I NEED MY CASE INVESTIGATED IN BUNCOMBE COUNTY NC
