Family court in Indiana took my daughter away on false allegations. Judge turned red when he heard my ex texted me about Ukraine war 24 hours after she signed the order infront of the same judge. Yet Judge still “believed her more than me”.

My sister was a sole provider for 7 years with no help from the father, was abused, held at gun point, my neice kidnapped and once she got away safely the fathers new girl friend he met in rehab wanted a little girl (hers was taken from the state) so he went for custody of my niece. My sister couldnt afford a lawyer and he brought in lawyers, GAL, the school (several of his family members work at) to witness and lie. It was all one sided just because he paid them all off. It needs investigated!

Family court with my daughter away and gave custody to paternal Aunt when her father died. I never lost custody and shared rights. They emotionally and psychologically torture by forcing my daughter to suppress her feelings and forget me. It's cruel punishment. Second leading cause of death of children 10-14 is suicide because of this treatment. CDC statistics prove it.

CPS wrongfully removed my kids I haven't seen my kids more than 2 years it destroyed them and me all because I called the social worker a stupid c*** cuz she was one but other than that I did nothing wrong my kids were never fine and they took my kids from me and put them in foster care where they got beaten and told me I had to calm down because babies hurt themselves when my child showed up at 9 months old with a black eye the whole system is f***** give us our kids back

They illegally kidnapped my child shoved her behind a door and called cops and told me I couldn’t even hug my daughter. Was trying to have me arrested for something I didn’t do I have worked their case plan and they are still trying to tpr me under false statements and allegations

There is no oversight nor accountability in the Family Court system. It operates more like a cartel, than a court. It is a revenue collecting and revenue enhancement system that uses children as chess pieces and parents as cannon fodder. It is time to end that egregious and evil system once and for all.

It's disheartening to know that a system wants to do everything in there power to be nasty and blatantly disrespectful while ripping a family apart before anything. No therapy nor counseling be ligation. Its truly ashame and this stance is a must.

My 7 childeren where tooken with out courts order ilegally and now my daugter Is being targeted and her childeren they never stop they need resources and go back to where they think they will not be told no if we dont stop them now all childeren Will be be calateral to there ilegal disgusting organización we need to stop tydal 4 federal fundíng and start defendíng our childeren and our 14 amendment right to be a parent to our own childeren.

I was wronged in family court, after jumping through hoop after hoop and completing everything they 3 years later just started blocking me out I could see my kids or talk to them and they adopted them . I want to see justice
