We have been fighting the courts for 7 years and the more the father fights against b us the more he is awarded. Yet he does not follow the court order, he does all in his power to make our lives miserable and drain our finances. My daughter has never been a bad mom and made 1 mistake 7 years ago that landed her in jail with helping a felony. Yet dad is a felony with many drug charges, child abuse charges and domestic violence. We have been in the same case for too long with no final hearing in

Because Wise county CPS and family court system stole my oldest 2 daughters from me and Denton county CPS and the family court system tried to take my mixed twins from me even though the CPS case wasn't mine it was my ex wife's who lives in Denton county because I live in Tarrant county and I had nothing to do with her CPS case

My son was systematically Stolen. So many children from many situations are stolen from protective parents. Some in foster care, many wrongfully given to related abusers even some of non related abusers . Most simple on gross, unethical and unprofessional retaliation. Then paper work fraudently prepared , evidence is mostly ignored,manipulated and or created to paint a negative narrative and justify crimes committed against families, children. Certain judicial intentionally turn a blind eye.

Title 4D funding to states needs to be abolished. I truly feel like this is why so many families are disrupted and judges and attorneys are working together because of these funds.

Stevens county and ferry county are so corrupt it needs shut down before a war starts. My ex wife works with judges and they said its not conflicting the one who was our judge same guy i accused her of an affair with. There was no 50/50 she got everything burn it down

I'm signing because Stanley Mosk Court in Southern California has got corrupt judges beyond judge Elizabeth Potter Scully ruling with her college girlfriends knowing that they're mentally ill and their children are being given to paedophiles and the judge is doing nothing. This needs to stop and Potter Scully needs to be disbarred or at least investigated.

My family was torn apart because of the lies and corruption occurring in family court. My daughter has been denied her right to have equitable access to the entire other half of her family and I was defrauded and left impoverished because a group of professionals failed to uphold their duties to the law, to the people, and to their professions. Too many families are being denied due process and being robbed of their right to be together, and it is time to reform this broken and corrupt system.
