The Family Court Justice system is a complete fraud/scam. My journey with Family Court started on November 21, 2023, when my wife made a conscious decision to make false allegations of DV and child abuse. Even after having solid evidence that my wife was in fact the physically abusive one in the marriage, the court still grants her 50/50 custody. She then proceeds to alienate the children, along with emotional and physical abuse. My 12 yo has now had to request a TRO against his mother.

I had a closed Dcyf case. The night my daughter had a sleepover with my now ex mother in law, she called the hotline. I never got a proper investigation. I couldn’t get a lawyer due to not having money, but my ex mother in law made sure to get the best one, since she is LOADED. I now have an open adoption and only see my daughter EVERY OTHER MONTH FOR 1 hr. My case was CLOSED!!! How does this happen?!?! Now my daughter’s last name is changed to HER MAIDEN NAME and she has her call her mom.
