I have a magistrate who put false criminal charges in a motion against me to give my abusive ex who’s never even had 50/50 custody, more parenting time and my motions to recuse him were denied!

Injustice for mothers and children. They don't see what they are doing to families. The judicial system is so.srcewed up, they make up shit as they go long. They need to take a.long look at every case. Each one is different,ech one should be determined by the facts not just by what they see or hear form people in "power". Rethink it people ot not rocket science. Its peoples lifes.

Because my daughter was gaslighted in family court in Washington County Oregon not advised of her rights by a racist Judge Lemarr who also takes bribes to Human Traffick children away from loving parents and sold to make money for state and county like my innocent grandson King my daughter and myself threatened for speaking up out lives a living hell

I am still fighting for my kids after allegations against me were unfounded and a temporary DVRO was dropped and a permanent one was not granted but I am on a step up plan that the other parent doesn’t honor at times.

Parental rights under the Fourteenth Amendment are being deprived. Family courts nationwide are harming families and children, some state legislators in Arizona, California, and Texas are speaking out about the harm that it is causing. In New Mexico the Attorney General has come out with an investigative report regarding Child protective services and judges that outline some of the serious issues that parents face. I'm writing because my family continues to be affected.
