My case is full of every corruption possible. Foc staff & referee have covered up my sons abuse. I filed photos as exhibits, shown my caseworker photos & 7 other foc employees. Not one mandate reported. Referee is biased. Ex claimed mental illness on me & I debunked by way of psych evals including foc psychologist who put in her report I showed her pic of my sone with marks on him I screenshot from video calls. I entered a years worth of photos in as exhibits & ignored

I was forced to sign away my rights to my daughter, just this year. While being made to leave my family home and endure being homeless for over a year. Also had to watch my ex wife move another man into my house, then later pack up and move away.

I'm signing this petition in hopes that ALL of the corruption from top officials, judges, and everyone else employed or involved with the their form of human kidnapping, false imprisoning, and ultimately human trafficking which I have witnessed myself will be swiftly corrected and everyone whom is involved with their crimes they have committed across the entire nation will be held accountable for the unspeakable acts they have been committing since they started their criminal careers!!!!!

I have seen the injustices first hand. The court dates seem to go on forever if you fight. If you don’t fight you loose your kids. If you do, you spend thousands and thousands of dollars for attorneys to get rich. ( when you could spend that money on your kids) you become financially, and emotionally drained.

I've seen the corrupt family law system destroy a wonderful family first hand. Now the child whom the family law was supposed to protect has failed him, forever changing the trajectory if his life, not to mention causing undue harm!

my 6yr old was took on false allegations with a bench warrant from me with active divorce papers, we had not lived in that state in over a yr, they ruled jurisdiction. I was pro se because i could not afford an attorney but paid in full for a 50:50 divorce no child support. We (my other children and grandparents) did not see my daughter for ivermectin a yr waiting on the courts. the judge was super inappropriate with his behavior and things he would say to me in court. Ruling was 50:50

2 divorces. Looted to near extinction. Fraudulent C.S. orders. POS can't even EMANCIPATE your children if you have more than 1 child. They refuse downward modifications. Always charge more $ than the C.S. guidelines. Enforce bogus O.P.s ect

Because cps and family court has caused my 2 autistic sons extreme anxiety and fear to leave my home due to my sons medical issues we have been dragged into this system even with my son having seizures at school. I want to see change and not allow the kids to be removed from their classes to talk to an agent of the state with no representative for them. I want the process to be overseen by a third party that does not get financial incentives to keep families apart. I want a change

vulnerable people are being trapped and used for a means of pocket gains while abusers are using the very system to continue the abuse. The court system sees the power dynamic struggle from the beginning and labels it “high conflict” knowing that the abusers will pay any amount to continue the abuse and maintain control and power over their victims.

I’m signing because children and families deserve fair treatment and clear answers. When CPS removes a child or limits contact with parents and relatives, those decisions should be reviewed, explained, and based on the child’s safety and well-being. Families need a way to raise concerns, and CPS must be held accountable when it makes mistakes.
