After leaving abuse, I found the family court enabled further abuse post separation. Coerced into an inequitable MSA, lost my home, retirement, savings as the court ignored documented dissipation and misuse of undisclosed EIDL loans, handcuffing me to my abuser with maintenance and a contempt cycle to pay debts assigned to me as my answer wants more. My faith in justice is completely gone

Our judge was severely biased as he used to work with my ex's dad..and being that our judge was gay, he actually had a crush on my ex's dad.

For five years I have seen my daughters children used as pones because CPS and courts will not allow hear say from the children. How can we be there Voice when they speak 🗣️ no one wants to listen if agency’s can’t hear it. We are Mothers First all day everyday. We are their advocate!

I was raided in child support court before. Also our needs to do better when it comes to allowing certain people to get away intentionally with crimes.

Because family court needs to be investigated! Too many bad cases and destroyed children and parents!

Because the court didn't even look at any of the evidence I provided when my ex wife abused me and the kids. They removed me from my new home I just purchased and my children. The courts gave a woman that drinks heavily daily custody whole making me have supervised visits with my 6 year old.

My son is going through this right now and courts are making it very difficult for him. He has never done anything to his daughter but love and take care of her. His daughter went into the “system” because of the mother. The courts are also making things difficult on her as well.
