My son was taken from me 6 months ago with excessive force due to conflict of interest between Judge and ex husband. Not only did they take my son, my life, the reason I exist is because of my son. Now, they're manufacturing cases 3 charges last 2 months smearing my clean record and my name. My heart and soul is in this petition ❤️

My son is autistic and custody was awarded to our abuser. The man who almost killed me. He was dating a local law enforcement officer, the juvenile court judge and a grand jury member. I have no contact with him and I was with him for 10 yrs of his life, he never cared about him until he learned he would get a check. Its sickening, he has regressed 3 years in his autism and dcs did nothing to help us even tho my son told them he was abusive and killing all of his pets because he was telling.

Because virginia beach cps illegally kidnapped all three of my kids by having them falsely removed under the pretense of immediate danger saying the father was going to go sleep in a hot car once they check out the motel if they had no were else to go...

The Family Division is one of the most un-American institutions in the nation. My life has been turned upside down because the family court does not act like a real court, and in fact provides viewer rights to parents than are afforded to criminals.

Because I been fighting to get 50 50 custody of my kids and child support is total bs if you ask me simple let me be a dad my share of the time I have no criminal past and still have to prove I'm a good parent why should I have to prove anything they should have to prove that I'm not a good parent

GAL, has been lying and coaching other GAL to lie and go against all evidence that I submit to the Courts because I called her out in court. She said she completed an thorough investigation, which she didn't. The witnesses said that she didn't contact them.GAL now is a commissioner and having pulll on the new GAL,which is doing the same as she did. GAL even having influenceon the CPS worker.My daughter told her the truth but CPS lied and said my daughter didn't disclose anything and her Molested

I’m signing the petition because I’m tired of the judicial system , family courts, and DSS FSS CPS APS. doing what they can is allowed to do cause of job titles, instead of of helping the parents, grandparents and legal guardians , they rather make them suffer

Because i have been a victim of malpractice per family court and I know many many MANY people that have had their lives absolutely devastated due to injustices from family court that were money motivated and/or literally excessive use of the power they have because they know that[ our children are the most valuable thing in our lives.

My daughter is in her dad's care as primary WITHOUT finding me of unfit in any shape or form! I didn't get subpoenaed for court and because of no show he got custody. Well guess what? You just gave custody to a father who not only has DOMESTIC VIOLENCE ON HIS RECORD! my daughter is also actively GETTING ABSUSED IN HIS CARE!!!!!! I already called CPS TWICE they did nothing!!! She just recently got MOLESTED IN HIS CARE!!!! SHES 10!!! CPS has been notified. you guys are failing my daughter!!!!

Have been fighting in court for 4 years to see my 2 babies. Haven’t even been able to receive an updated picture of them since November of 2022 in Grundy County where my lawyer failed to do anything for over 2 years and now my only option is to continue fighting against a GAL who has failed to do her job and opposing counsel.
