I have been abused financially by the court system allowing financial abuse and no return of funds for cases against me that were meant to drain me financially. 3 depositions, discovery and last second tros, cases where my spouse isn't a part of, but they served him as well, working with other abusers to testify against my character and make a hearing last 8 hours on purpose, even threats to attempt to relinquish my rights and scare me by his mother being a paralegal.

I was coerced into giving custody to my mother out of fear of my children being placed back into foster care my kids since this happened have gone through so much they are going through so much pain an today I go to court as my mom no longer wants them an is placing them in foster care again an I can't do anything as CPS fights me getting custody back
