As a father I have always known and advocate for complete reform and changes in family Court law especially when it comes to DCS cases and child custody cases for dads DCs abuses the laws and dad have to show there fit parents before court will even see hear them. Judge christine ward of louisville ky 6th division told me and my lawyer after a hearing that she was going to order a forensic mental health evaluation even though my ex wife present evidence from my psychiatrist releasing me from treatment and stating he believes Im good to spend time with my kid. My exwife presented evidence that had nothing to do with my child and even though she had this evidence years ago my exwife still agreed to expand my parenting time at mediation previously.
