Family court took from us a daughter and granddaughter without any consideration of that of the real present parent, our family is heartbroken and now have ran out of any and all resources to fight back. Family court in lubbock texas failed our baby girl! Judge Hatch failed us! Lubbock CPS failed us! Father's have rights too!

Children should not have to suffer because of court delays and decisions that fail to put their well-being first. Families deserve a fair, timely process that listens to children and takes their safety seriously.

I won my Connecticut Supreme Court reversal due to the improper delegation of my visitation determined by my ex husband in 2024. By the time the remand was completed my children aged out of the system. I have not had an overnight visit with my children since October 2019. My HIPAA rights were violated by the judge, Gal, and custody evaluator. I no longer have a relationship with my children since October there were no findings of abuse or neglect. I was Pro Se and all of this happened post judgm

I am a proud father of 2 wonderful boys who have been put through the system, though my experience isn’t what some others have dealt with I have lost so much precious time all due to this broken system. Also child support. Reward the ones who don’t pay and PATRONIZE the ones who don’t even have back child support.

As a mother and grandmother watching my daughter go thru this has been the hardest thing I have ever experienced and I lost a husband to cancer. The emotional, psychological and physical trauma this has caused and still causes is beyond any words.

My 6-years-old daughter is forced to spend 50% of her life with an extremely abusive man. She has disclosed abuse so many times that I lost count. Every time I have tried to protect her, it has been used against me. The GAL flat out lies in her reports and committed perjury on the stand in regards to my daughter's medical records, among other things. My daughter cries and begs not to go with him every single time she has to go...for the last 5 and a half years! This has got to stop!

Out dated & corrupt. Baby daddy only pays 20% of kids lives wth??? Dont forget him taking me to court for no reason just to drown me financially. Court ordered him not to take me back in less than 2 years then he did and they allowed it. Also wouldn't give me my kid back per court order so had to take him to court bc he didnt follow the order and he didnt get in trouble an duet once again I was drained financially.
